1. What we collect
- Account: name, email, mobile number, password (stored encrypted), language.
- Orders: delivery addresses and map location, order items, requests, payment method and status.
- Riders: vehicle and license details, live location while online or delivering.
- Technical: IP address and login records for security.
2. Why we use it
- To take, deliver and support your orders.
- To prevent fraud and keep accounts secure.
- To send promotions only if you agreed separately (you can turn this off in My page).
3. Who we share it with
- The Store receives your name, order and requests. The Rider receives your name, phone number and delivery address for that order only.
- Payment providers receive what is needed to process payments.
- Authorities, when required by law.
4. How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept as long as tax and commerce laws require. Rider location history is deleted after 30 days.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent, by contacting us. Some records must be kept for legal reasons.
